SHIPPING POLICY

We reserve the right to select the carrier used . We CAN accommodate 3rd party freight collection should you choose. We cannot guarantee that a free shipping option will be available to your shipping address EVEN AFTER YOU CHECK OUT.  If this is the case, we will advise you prior to shipping.

Due to the increased shipping costs; Wood Pellets, Charcoal, Grills/Smokers, Pour N Store containers, and Butcher Paper do not qualify for free shipping!

Currently we only provide e-commerce shopping to Canadian addresses.

All orders are shipped within 1 business days via your choice of Canada Post, Canpar, Loomis, Fedex, Purolator or LTL Freight.  All shipping options will be presented at check out. 

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped within 1 business day following the weekend or holiday.

Please allow 1 – 10 business days for delivery depending upon your geographical distance from Airdrie, Alberta. 

NOTE: We do not guarantee carrier delivery times once your order has been picked up from our store.

A tracking number will be emailed to you on the day your order leaves our warehouse.
